Application of thermal adhesive
Our production capabilities allow us to apply thermal adhesive (adhesive composition, which is activated under the influence of temperature) to Your materials or to perform heat treatment (thermal bonding) of Your materials:
- Application of thermal adhesive
Can be made on materials of surface density of 20-300 gr./sq. m. width up to 188 cm. In the process of applying to the material of the thermoadhesive layer, it is exposed to temperature effects of 120-140 Gy.C for 1 min.
The thermoadhesive layer can be applied with a surface density of 8-20 g./sq. m. the Chemical composition of the polyamide, the melting temperature of 125 to 130, 130 to 140 gr.C. application Width — 170-185 cm, depending on the surface density of the thermoadhesive layer and the starting material. Bonding strength — not less than 4 N/cm.
Thermoadhesive acquires adhesive ability when it is heated to the melting temperature.
- Heat treatment (thermal bonding)
Heat treatment of materials occurs at temperatures up to 160 grams.C due to their composition of fusible components in the free shrinkage mode, that is, without fixing the width of the material.
We are ready to carry out experimental works, including in cooperation with Your specialists, for testing and coordination of technological modes of production.
It is possible to further cut the finished material (with thermal adhesive or heat-treated) to the required width and length, including tapes with a width of 20 mm, depending on the type and surface density of the starting material, and rectangular blanks with a given width and length.
